- The City of
Palo Alto Utilities Department is seeking a person with superior
analytical skills to assume responsibility for research, project
management and program development related to customer service and
business processes. You will also work with workgroup leaders to develop
new Quality Control/ Quality Assurance programs and Performance Metrics
measurements.

- This
position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration,
operations research, mathematics, or the sciences, with five plus years of
experience in market analysis, resource planning, data management, or
operations research and analysis related to utilities or service
industries.

- Candidates
must have excellent quantitative analysis skills, a working knowledge of
data management, including database and spreadsheet applications, and
proven ability to communicate advanced analysis methodologies and findings
in a clear, concise manner.
