The Customer Services Committee

Mission Statement

The Customer Services Committee interacts with utility managers by sharing organizational information, operational data and conducting member surveys on related subjects.
The Committee specifically deals with questions concerning customer information, meter reading, billing, collection/credit, service termination and legislation relating to customer service issues.

By networking, the Committee works toward the development of uniform customer service standards and explores any new ideas or trends to enhance customer service operations.
