Mission Statement
With many challenges on the horizon for electric transportation, a new CMUA Electric Transportation committee was established to discuss and follow a number of important issues, including the Plug-in Electric Vehicle Collaborative, the State’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard electricity fuel tradable credit, ratepayer and infrastructure impacts, funding, smart meters and sub-metering issues, outreach, the coordination with auto manufacturers and utility customers, and energy storage. This committee will meet quarterly.
