  • ARB’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) – Electricity Workgroup – Transportation Fuel

On July 14, 2010, the ARB held an informal workgroup meeting to solicit participation and comments on existing LCFS regulation language - electricity for transportation use.  This effort has the potential to provide LCFS credits to POU’s providing public/homeowner charging station infrastructure - the potential credit value is unknown today.

  • 2011 Integrated Energy Policy Report Comments Received

  • California Energy Commission – 2011 Integrated Energy Policy Report – Written Comments Received

Public Resources Code requires the Energy Commission to prepare and adopt an
Integrated Energy Policy Report every two years beginning in 2003, with an update in
the intervening years, to assess all aspects of energy supply, demand, production,
transportation, delivery, distribution, and price.  The objective of the report is to evaluate
market trends and develop energy policies that will “conserve resources, protect the
environment, ensure energy reliability, enhance the state's economy, and protect public
    health and safety.”

All written comments will be considered before the final 2011 IEPR Scoping Order is
released.  The draft 2011 IEPR Scoping Order and comments submitted are available online at:
