- ARB Releases Cap & Trade Regulatory Package and Mandatory Reporting Amendments
Early this morning, ARB made available on their web site the regulatory packages for Cap & Trade and Mandatory Reporting (amendments). Both items are scheduled for the December 16, 2010, Board Hearing in Sacramento.
