Mission Statement

The Regulatory Committee directs CMUA positions and serves as forum for CMUA member discussion on energy and water related regulatory issues that may have an impact on member operations. These issues include, but are not limited to, the Renewable Electricity Standards, the proposed Cap and Trade program, California Air Board Scoping Plan proposals for both water and publically owned utilities and implementation of the Delta Package.
