Join Us on October 26, 2022, in Sacramento for the Kick-Off Session

Today’s business leaders face unique and complex challenges, some borne out of the COVID pandemic, others simply a consequence of the rapidly changing business environment. A recent survey of C-suite leaders indicated that people, purpose, price, and productivity are the key issues facing today’s leaders.

The modern C-suite role has transformed significantly and requires empathetic leadership and sophisticated management skills. The right blend of communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking enable an effective leader to thrive. CMUA wants to help you be that effective leader who adapts and thrives in today’s ever-changing business landscape.

Through a partnership with the Leading With Courage® Networking (LWCN), CMUA is bringing a new immersive leadership development program aimed at our C-suite leaders as well as those individuals aspiring to future leadership roles. This new program will provide a place to discover, share and practice leadership ideas, tools, processes, and best practices, and will help participants build more high-quality, enduring relationships.

This year-long program will be delivered through 12 monthly sessions including two (2) day-long in-person meetings. The kick-off session will be on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, in Sacramento at CMUA’s office, and the second in-person session will be April 18-19, 2023, tentatively scheduled at Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego at the conclusion of CMUA’s Annual Conference. The remaining ten (10) training meetings will be 75-minute virtual sessions.  All sessions will be led by the Subject Matter Experts and leadership coaches from LWCN.
