The 2025 Annual Customer Engagement Summit is October 27-28, 2025, at the Fairmount Sailboat House located at 2631 Dexter Drive, Riverside, CA 92501, and is hosted this year by Riverside Public Utilities.
Early Bird registration is $250 for members and is available until September 19, 2025.

This event is exclusively for CMUA members. Attendance is limited to individuals employed by current member utilities, water, and wastewater agencies in good standing.
