The schedule of events for this year's Capitol Day program has been changed so be sure to download and review the event agenda. The Legislative Leader Awards will be presented at 12:45 pm followed by lunch beginning at 1:15 pm with the program concluding at 2:00 pm.

Please note that this year's program timeline is different from prior years and will conclude at 2:00 pm. Please schedule your meetings with legislators accordingly.
REGISTRATION RATES
Early Bird Member & Associate Partner........$375
(rate available until Monday, January 5, 2026. Registration will increase to $425 on Tuesday, January 6, 2026)
Early Bird Non-Member...................................$525
(rate available until Monday, January 5, 2026. Registration will increase to $575 on Tuesday, January 6, 2026)
- Registration will open the week of December 1, 2025. An email notice will be sent out with the link to access the registration page or you can return to this page.
- Capitol Day registration includes event entry, all meeting materials, breakfast and lunch buffets, and entry to CMUA-hosted evening reception. All events (with the exception of meetings with legislators) will be held at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in the Magnolia Room located on the lower level of the hotel. Event registration does not include attendee travel, hotel, or parking.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
CMUA has reserved a small block of rooms at the Sheraton Grand Hotel Sacramento for Sunday, January 25 and Monday, January 26, 2026. The rate is $219 per night for single/double plus all applicable taxes and fees.

- Parking: CMUA does not offer parking validation for this event. Hotel guests may charge valet parking to their room. Public parking requires direct payment at the garage upon exit.
- Hotel Valet Parking is available at $45 per day (current publicly posted rate that is subject to change without notice)
- Public parking is available across the street from the hotel on the corner of J Street and 13th. EV charging stations are available. Public rates are posted at the entrance to the garage.
