Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst oversees a team of 5 full-time employees and designs, analyzes, evaluates, and makes recommendations for utility rate structures and fees that support long-term and short-term financial plans and ensure the Districts' financial stability. This person provides support to other departments and offers suggestions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate is a high-performing self-starter with the ability to review, interpret, and summarize complex data. They are an accomplished speaker, attentive listener, and effective negotiator. They have a positive attitude and work well with others.
