CMUA Postpones 2020 Annual Conference; Seeking to Reschedule to July
(Sacramento, Calif., March 5, 2020) — With great concern for our members’ health, and for a variety of other reasons, CMUA is postponing our Annual Conference, scheduled for April 5-7, 2020, at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco.
The Coronavirus remains in a growth mode in the U.S., there have been emergency orders issued by the State of California and City of San Francisco, and many CMUA members have imposed travel restrictions.
We are seeking to reschedule the conference for July, and are working closely with the hotel to examine options. However, we do not have a target date at this time, and will keep everyone posted.
For those who have already registered for the conference, CMUA will be refunding all fees without penalty.
If you have questions or comments, please contact Christine Chapman, CMUA’s Manager of Membership and Events, at cchapman@cmua.org.
