Powering Better Customer Experiences
The CMUA 2026 Annual Customer Engagement Summit (ACES) is California’s premier educational forum dedicated to customer engagement for publicly owned electric utilities. Designed for professionals responsible for customer programs, communications, and the customer experience, the summit explores innovative strategies to strengthen customer relationships while advancing utility goals.
As the electric utility industry continues to evolve, customer engagement has become more important than ever. From electrification and distributed energy resources to affordability, grid modernization, and changing customer expectations, utilities must effectively communicate complex issues while delivering exceptional service and meaningful customer programs.
The Annual Customer Engagement Summit provides a collaborative environment where utility professionals can exchange ideas, share successful initiatives, learn from industry experts, and discover practical solutions that improve customer satisfaction, increase participation in utility programs, and build stronger community relationships.
