2025 Member Appreciation Month Contest Rules
Eligibility
- Contest is open to all active members of the California Municipal Utilities Association (CMUA)
- Staff, board members, and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
- Must be an active CMUA member in good standing to play.
- Complete the activity provided by CMUA.
- Submit your entry by September 30, 2025, 11:59 p.m.
- Only one entry per member will be accepted.
- Winners will be selected at random from the pool of eligible correct entries.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of correct entries received.
- Prizes will be awarded to the randomly selected winners.
- Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
- CMUA reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- Winners will be notified by email after the drawing on October 6, 2025.
- If a winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
- By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of CMUA, which are final and binding.
- CMUA is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
- Participation constitutes permission to use winners’ names and likenesses for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
