Click here to download our Associate Partner brochure, including the application.  Complete and return your application to Christine Chapman, Director of Events & Membership at cchapman@cmua.org for immediate consideration.  All applications are submitted to the CMUA Board of Governors for review and approval.  Upon approval, you will be notified via email and we will send you an Associate Partner welcome letter, information on engaging with CMUA members, and invoice for your first-year dues.  You may pay your dues by credit card, ACH payment, or check.  Information on paying by credit card or ACH will be included with your welcome letter.  Do not send payment with your application.
